Lentil and Tomato Soup
Who doesn't love cooking a meal in a slow cooker.
3/4 cup WGS red split lentils .
1 large celery stalk chopped.
1 onion peeled and chopped.
420 g can of condensed tomato soup.
1. Place all ingredients in the slow cooker.
2. Fill empty soup can with water, swirl and add to mixture.
3. Season with cracked pepper.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
5. Cool for 10 minutes.
6. Puree until smooth.
7. Season to taste and serve with parsley .
