Weekly Despatch

Our retail products are hand packed by local social enterprise groups who creates employment for youth and people with disability.
We therefore dispatch our e store (non trade orders) on a weekly basis via Australia Post.

Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on your location, Victoria normally takes up to 10 business days and the rest of Australia varies from 3-14 business days.
Mail Service

We ship via Australia Post and other local couriers depending on your location.
Carefully packed
We take pride in carefully packaging our products to be sent to you. However if there is ever any damage (eg accident in transit), we take full responsibility to remedy the situation to your satisfaction.

Return & Exchange
We genuinely hope you enjoy the products you have purchased through The Wimmera Grain Store e store.
However if you have concerns with a retail products purchased through us please email us at wimmeragrainstore@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase with a copy of your receipt and we will either replace the product if damaged or provide a full refund.
We take pride in the products we grow and sell and would welcome your feedback whether it is good or an area for improvement.
