They can be milled, roasted, puffed, spouted, soaked and put in cans/ jars, frozen etc. Then turned into dips, soups, salads, main meals or baked goods. There are endless opportunities to get creative with this natural product.
High in plant protein, fibre and naturally gluten free, these chickpeas straight from our paddocks as mother nature intended do not have any add sugar, dairy or preservatives and they are not genetically modified.

They also expand in volume when cooked. One cup of dried chickpeas can make almost three cups of cooked, making meals go further for larger families or those on a tight budget.
For those time poor individuals and families who need chickpeas in a hurry, cooked chickpeas can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 6 months. Available for use whenever you need them.

Uses
Great as a dip (hummus), in soups, salads, stews, curries and as a snack. Popular in many Middle Eastern dishes.
