High in plant protein, fibre and naturally gluten free, these chickpeas straight from our paddocks as mother nature intended do not have any add sugar, dairy or preservatives and they are not genetically modified.
As a rich source of vitamins, minerals and fibre, chickpeas may offer a variety of health benefits, such as improving digestion, aiding weight management and reducing the risk of several diseases.

We started growing them as part of our crop rotation almost 30 years ago.
They can be milled, roasted, puffed, spouted, soaked and put in cans/ jars, frozen etc. Then turned into dips, soups, salads, pies, sausage rolls. There are endless opportunities to get creative with this natural product.
Great as a dip (hummus), in soups, salads, stews, curries and as a snack. Popular in many Middle Eastern dishes.
Working with dried chickpeas is much easier than you think. See our recipe section for how to soak chickpeas.
